•Moving 4391 people.
•Working with 6 buildings in Pretoria CBD comprising of a 25,26,17,15,4 and 3 storeys respectively.
•Working with 12 buildings located over the whole of Pretoria, managing: Glen Galleries, Attebury Park, Brooklyn Gardens, Telkom Towers South, North, East, Sammy Marks & Highveld Techno Park.
•State of the Art Technological tenant installations (fibre optic links for telephones & data transmission and LAN distribution, microwave link, telephone PABX’s, power supply upgrade & UPS installation).
•Power Supply Upgrade cut over.
•Project Cost: 66 Million excluding telephones, LAN & building management.
•Final Account : Brooklyn Gardens & Highveld Techno Park
•Project Cost: 5 Million for Highveld Techno Park and 2,5 Million for Brooklyn Gardens respectively.
•Consultation with client, attorneys, quantity surveyors, architects, contractors, land lord, telecommunication specialist, LAN specialists, microwave specialists, estate agents, civil and electrical engineers and building management.
•Project management & tenant installations.
•Quantity Surveying - Bills.
•Finalising the heads of agreement of the contract.
•Resolve discrepancies in Lease Agreement.
•Tracking project management of contractors.
•Overseeing transfer and allocation of telephone lines
•Overseeing Data distribution
•Co-ordinate order of furniture and screens.
•Drawing up of stacking plans for business unit allocation.
•Acquisition of properties.
•Personnel training & management.
