ROLE : Senior Quantity Surveyor

SCOPE :
•Phase 1: 30 Apartments, wet works (R 50 Million) for luxury apartments.
•Phase 2: 20 Apartments wet works (R25 Million) for luxury apartments.

SKILL BASE
•Main contractor: Setting up claims, fortnight payments of direct sub-contractors, new rate submissions, procurement of suppliers, negotiating discounts and payment terms, placing of orders, invoice reconciliation, re-measure and final account.
•Sub-contractors: Setting up a claim certificate (31 Contractors), setting up Nominated / Selected sub-contract documents & attendance on variation orders.
