SCOPE :
•Working with Swaziland Electricity board.
•52 Electricity substations integration to a National Control Center.
•Remote Terminal Unit (RTU’s), VHF, UHF, Fibre Optic, Satellite & Analog links. SCADA integration. EMS Control.
•Project Cost: 45 Million.
•Other Projects: Germiston 2nd Input, Sastec, and George Municipality.

•Payment milestones and invoices
•Management reporting on progress & financial report.
