•Achieved a 10 % saving on original budget
•BAGLAN BAY - CCGT POWER PLANT (18 Million) – Client: General Electric, Contractor: Nuttalls
•As the Consultants we managed to get 70 % of the over 300 variation orders claim back off GE for Nuttalls
SKILL BASE
•Drawing up the NEC contract
•Negotiating fees and overhead.
•Writing compensation events.
•Monthly certificates – Overhead Cantenary System & Tenant installation.
•Variation Orders – For GE using Class II estimate to finalize 300 variations.
