Cause for Optimism

With economic fundamentals improving slightly, as measured by recently released GDP data, commercial property investors may be beginning to breath a small sigh of relief: Reason being that, notwithstanding the normal planning/completion lag, commercial investment activity as at 3rd quarter 2009 is still relatively robust and as such questions around oversupply were no doubt being posed more frequently.
